NWiz is designed for the setup and configuration of users ("data"
directories) for use with CITRIX.
Many
Administrators setup the users data directories manually, then copy their
data folders with their user.id and notes.ini files.
The notes.ini file is generally edited later with the new location of
all the users data. This can be a tedious process, especially when
there are a large number of users to setup at once. NWiz has been
developed to do this all for you!
NWiz works with both R5 and R6 versions of Lotus
Notes client.
Key Features
Setting up users is easy! Simply type in the username of the person
you want to setup, click on New Setup, and the Lotus Notes setup
process will begin. Once you have completed the Lotus Notes Wizard,
NWiz will complete the process by copying the data folder, notes.ini and
user.id files to your user location. Even the notes.ini file will
contain the new data location. You can automate the first part of the
setup process from the Options menu.
Reset default or Copy a user profile by clicking on the Add/Replace
button.
Rename, Delete or Cut user profiles from the folder
list on the right hand side, just like Explorer.
Scan all your profiles by clicking on the Folder Summary.
This will give you a list of potential problems with these users such as
missing files.
